Stevenson Renovation: Replacement Windows

We recently worked on a renovation project for an investment/rental property in Stevenson, MD that needed replacement windows. After speaking with the homeowners to fully understand their vision for the home, we knew that the replacement windows needed to be aesthetically pleasing, affordable, and low maintenance. With these factors in mind, we agreed on Integrity Wood-Ultrex Windows because they provide the best value for a long term investment. These casement windows have an Ultrex exterior and rich pine interior that together create clean sight lines and smooth operation.
Exterior: The Ultrex fiberglass exterior is bonded with an acryclic finish that provides a smooth, consistent, and low maintenance finish. Also, this type of exterior has an extremely low rate of contraction, allowing it to stand up to the harshest elements without distorting the window. This ultimately leads to a longer life for windows.
Interior: The Wood-Ultrex features a rich wood interior and we used the pre-finished white to complement the elegant interior design of the home.
